When you return an item to BaqiaWear, we make the refund process simple and transparent. This page explains how and when refunds are issued.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post the credit — this is outside our control and varies by institution.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return within 30 days, just like regular-priced items. Refunds for sale items are issued at the sale price paid, not the original price.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if a returned item shows signs of wear, is missing tags or original packaging, or is returned after the 30-day window. We will always explain the reason for any partial refund by email.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank or card account — refunds can take a few days to appear.
- Then contact your card issuer; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@baqiawear.shop with your order number and we will investigate.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free when you use our prepaid US return label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
