We want you to love what you wear. If something is not quite right, BaqiaWear offers hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Returns
You may return any unworn item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or alterations
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@baqiawear.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label for US addresses.
- Pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop the package at any carrier location.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Follow the return steps above and place a new order for the item you want — this gets your exchange to you fastest. Once we receive your return, we will refund the original item in full.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for US addresses when you use our prepaid label. If you choose your own carrier, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
